Samvidhan Leadership Program
The Samvidhan Leadership Program is a platform to organize and build the leadership capacity of individuals committed to social justice and constitutional values.
Our aim is to bring forth a new generation of leadership from women, Mahadalits, Extremely Backward Classes, Pasmanda communities, Dalits, OBCs, minorities, and EWS groups.
We seek to connect youth, grassroots leaders, social activists, and strong voices on social media—those who believe in the politics of change—with the Indian National Congress and the White T-Shirt Movement.
If you are leading—or aspire to lead—the struggle for dignity, rights, and equality, this platform is for you.
This initiative is dedicated to ensuring workers' rights, equitable distribution of resources, and decisive participation of marginalized communities in politics.
Our goal is clear:
To build a strong political voice of the marginalized against the ongoing attacks on the Constitution and democracy by the BJP-RSS.

The selected participants will serve as Community Organizers and Mobilizers in their respective districts and regions. They will organize communities, educate them about their rights, and help nurture a new generation of leadership.
They will ensure that the voices of marginalized groups are not only heard—but are raised with strength and clarity.
What is the White T-Shirt Movement ?
The White T-Shirt Movement is India’s first justice-based political initiative for the working class and marginalized communities. It aims to build a powerful movement through social dialogue.
By bringing together the efforts of youth and workers, it strengthens their collective power and enhances their ability to negotiate and advocate for their rights.

Who Can Apply?
Anyone who is socially and politically active, working at the grassroots on issues of social justice, or has a strong voice on social media platforms is welcome to apply.
Women, Maha-Dalits, Extremely Backward Classes, Pasmanda Dalits, OBCs, Minorities, and individuals from the EWS category are especially encouraged to apply.

Dignity and rights are the fundamental entitlements of every worker. This objective focuses on organizing workers, raising their voices, and ensuring a life of dignity for all laborers.
Representation
To enhance the political participation and leadership of marginalized communities. The aim is to strengthen awareness of constitutional rights and social justice.
Caste Justice
To conduct a caste-based census to ensure the fair distribution of power and resources. This includes implementing representation and participation at all levels.
